Custom logo/brand hats.

Prior to purchasing, read below:

  • Patches are available in genuine leather or colored leatherette.
  • Genuine leather patches may be stained or left 'raw.' Patches are sealed to protect from weather, wear and tear, etc.
  • 2-week lead time on all custom orders.

To purchase:

  1. Select the quantity you'd like to order. Volume discounts are applied at checkout.
  2. Review artwork requirements and upload under 'file upload.'
  3. We will email you for order specifics (hat colors, leather stain, etc.) your custom hats will be shipped in approximately two weeks of order date.

Shipping & Returns

General Order Information

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled once placed. 
  • Please ensure you enter the proper shipping address at checkout. 
  • Due to the nature of our business, some hats may be ready to ship while others are made to order. In order to keep your shopping experience uncomplicated, please note that your order may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.

 Shipping + Transit 

  • As mentioned above, your order may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Transit times are estimated by USPS, and not guaranteed.
  • Once shipped, your package becomes the responsibility of USPS. Should your package be lost, stolen, etc. we are happy to assist you in the right direction, however your best bet is to begin with your local post office.

 Return Policy

  • We offer store credit only for general returns. Please mail your return to: Grit Hat Co. 934 10th Rd, Marysville KS 66508 and be sure to include your original packing slip. Please note, store credit will not be issued for any shipping costs accrued. 
  • We stand by our quality. Should your hat become damaged within 6 months of order date, we will send you a free replacement. Please send an email to help@grithatco.com with subject 'REFUND (order number) and attach photos of your hat.
  • No returns for custom orders.
